When you come into one of our two locations in person, call us, or even order through our online store, you'll be shown attention, respect and patience that is unmatched by any other equipment rental company.

We take pride in our customer service record and we continue to provide our loyal patrons with the same great assistance and guidance that they've come to expect from us year after year. To ensure that we're always offering the best possible service, we adhere to these 5 principles:

We understand the importance of having someone there to help you with your rental purchase process, each and every step of the way. Not only is our staff full of information and able to guarantee that you receive the equipment that you need; they are patient, kind and fun-loving people.

3. We're Available

If you have a problem, we'll try to help you in any way we can. We're always available to help you and try to come up with a solution for any issue you may have on the job site. Being there for our customers when they need us is our top priority and that's why we are on call 24 hours / day, 7 days / week.

Every business makes mistakes from time to time and while not all are necessarily preventable, we make 100% sure that we go over any issue with our team to establish a viable solution so that it doesn't happen again.
